Green tea?
Is green tea safe to drink? I know herbal tea is a no-no, I googled and found a site saying up to 4 cups a day is safe. I'm not going yo drink that much but a cup or 2 would be nice on these chilly mornings,

I drank it once in a while. I've never heard anything about it being unsafe. It has some caffeine, but you can get decaf if that bothers you.

If you chug it by the gallon (or 6+ cups a day) it can prevent you from absorbing enough folic acid. But if you stick to a cup a day, it's fine.

My OB said this is becuase herbs can have medicinal effects and they haven't been adequately studied during pregnancy. They really don't know what's safe and what isn't.
