Greek yogurt sauce??????!!!!!
I want to have a chicken gyro but I usually only eat it with the yogurt sauce they give. Is the Greek yogurt sauce ok to have which pregnant?

Yes, you're allowed to have yogurt. I eat it almost everyday, and was not told I couldn't by my doctors.

I know regular yogurt and Greek yogurt in the store is ok. But this is like a sauce they give u at the Greek Resturant. I don't know what's in it. Not sure if we can have it.

tzatziki is typically made out of yogurt, garlic, cucumber, and little bit of olive oil.... unless the yogurt is not from pasteurized milk, I don't see why you can't have it?

Oh thank god!!! I love my chicken gyros but only with the yogurt sauce.
Tzatziki when I looked online I saw that it's what they call sauce but the Resturant I go to calls it "yogurt sauce". So I was like on no!! Lol
