1.) I just got Liam these two books:
Big Skills for Little Hands; "I can cut" and "i can draw"

We only started the cutting book but, Liam loves it!! It helps him focus on the skill rather than just haphazard cutting. He wants to create the pictures so he lets me give him guidance on how to hold the scissors and his concentration is soooo funny!

2.) Liam's fine motor skills suck so I am making that my focus this summer. He is three and can barely draw a circle. He has ZERO interest in drawing and would rather be running or throwing a ball. All boy. SO hopefully these books do their job! He is loving them so far.

We also started stringing beads this morning and he was really frustrated but, he stuck with it until the end. He got better but, he relied on a lot of assistance. What else can we do? I was thinking of getting him some lacing activity things from Melissa and Doug.
