Great appointment yesterday!
So I mentioned a couple weeks back that my insurance changed and I had to switch doctors, so yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. San Roman in Port Jeff. I felt SO comfortable with him- he has such a friendly demeanor and was so thorough explaining everything to me, I didn't feel rushed and I just really liked his personality. Also he asked me a lot of questions too which I think is important- it showed that he had an interest in me and my medical history. And everyone in the office was great too!
BEST PART: I wasn't scheduled to have an ultrasound but when I told him that I was really nervous after having a miscarriage he MADE SURE they were able to squeeze me in for one! I really liked that because my old office would NEVER have done that for me.
So I got to see and hear my baby at 9 1/2 weeks! The little arms moving around, heartbeat was 167- I was on CLOUD 9

Great appointment yesterday!
That's awesome. Good for you. I'm counting the days till I can find a new Ob. And seeing your baby and hearing the hb is the greatest sound/sight ever.

It's the BEST! I left there so happy and excited I pretty much told everyone I know the news (even though I said I was going to wait until 12 weeks!) oops!

awww so glad you got to your LO. Glad it worked out for you. I know what you mean about feeling comfortable about your dr. I used to have the same issue with my other dr. but since being with Dr. Lochner, whole difference experience.

Great appointment yesterday!
Used that practice for my daughter & liked it. I really loved Midwife Michelle Mayer she is WONDERFUL & nurses are great (blonde on forgot her name was my favorite) Happy your at ease & had a great experience..that makes all the difference. Good luck to you :)
