Grated cheese
Does anyone else use an insane amount of grated cheeses LOL! I will not eat pasta without it. I just made homemade chicken soup & put a bunch of grated cheese in it. OMG so good! Also, what kind do you use? I always use locatelli romano and we grate it fresh ourselves. YUM!

actually, we seldom use it... but when we do (ex. making egg/zucchini bars... sort of quiche-esque), we always use 2 yr old parm reggiano
ah how fairway has spoiled us

YES YES YES!!
I feel like I am always grating cheese!
We only use locatelli romano and we get it at Costco...they have the BEST price!!
