grannie panties
I'm still able to fit into my pre-pregnancy panties, but I know I will need to buy bigger undies in the near future to pack for the hospital and after. There is a good chance I'll have a c-section since I'm having twins, so what exactly should I buy? I keep reading girls say that they bought grannie undies, but what brand are they - Hanes, Fruit of the Loom???? And how much bigger should I go from what I am now? I'm sure I'll be all about comfort as I keep getting bigger. So what brand do you have?

Re: grannie panties
I bought from Motherhood Maternity...I LOVE MY GRANNY PANTIES they don't roll down my belly and cut off my circulation. They are so comfy.
And I'm not ashamed to admit it!
I bought 1 size larger than I wear now.

Re: grannie panties
I'm at 35w4d and I'm still wearing my pre-pregnancy undies. I'm ordering disposables for the hospital.

Re: grannie panties
I plan on wearing my pre-preggo undoes til the end and use disposables for the hospital. I wear Hanky-Panky and they are sooooo comfortable - they don't have an elastic waistband and they sit well below the belly (plus I still feel sexy in them ).

Re: grannie panties
I got some great knickers in Target yesterday, they are under my bump but for the first time in 5 months I have comfy knickers on and it is bliss, I can't remember the make, I think Hanes, I am going back to get more

Re: grannie panties
as a BTDT mom, I was very happy that I got some Hanes...in one size bigger than I normally wear. After you give birth, you bleed...alot...and if I leaked, i just threw them out...I didn't care since I got a package of 8 of them and they were only $7 for the package!

Re: grannie panties
I wore my regular panties and g-strings all through my pregnancy. I wore cotton Hanes after I had the baby and sometimes still do. DH actually likes them. They're not completely granny style, they're just the full bottomed bikini briefs.

ditto. also, you will be bleeding a lot and may have to wear large pads for a little while, which don't fit well in small panties.

That's what I bought. I got a Hanes 5 pack briefs from Target, in a size bigger. DH held them up and got a little scared. LOL
