Graco Argos 65 or Argos 80 Elite
Looking for a new carseat for my granddaughter. Is one better than the other? Any other suggestions?

Just thinking ahead, is she a big kid? If not, you might not need the 80...my 8 year old is 42 pounds and we just moved her out of he harness, but weight wise she would have fit for a long time still with a 65lb limit.

I have the Argos 80 Elite for my 4.5yo and he's so comfy in it. I think the only difference between the two seats is the weight limit.

There is also a difference in the height limit. We are looking at these seats also. The height limit to use the 5 pt harness is less with the 65 than the 80 as well.

Here's a great review of the 80
CSFTL Argos 80 review
The top harness slots are the same height so unless she is on the higher end of the weight charts, the 65 will get her to a safe booster in age (at least 5 years old, but the closer to 6 the better)
Remember, for a toward facing harnessed seat, the harnesses MUST be coming from above their shoulders (or just at, but NEVER under)
