Gotta teach them the important things in life...
So, this weekend, I started teaching DS how to play poker... 
We started teaching the fundamentals with open hands, so he knows that 3 of a kind beats two pair, and how to make hands, etc.
Now, I'm teaching him about "poker face", bluffing, and betting (with poker chips, not allowance money.... yet...   )
Hey, he needs to be able to pay four college somehow...
He's actually not that bad. We still need to work on it, but he's a fast learner.

Good idea! It will help with fast addition, especially if you slowly start to speed up her reaction time with the math.
OK, really quick now: 7 and an 8, how much? How many more until 21? Time's running out.....

Love it!
We play knock poker for jolly ranchers with the kids. Our friends are all scandalized that we aren't only teaching them cards.. we've taught them gambling!
Robbie's decent.. Noah is TERRIBLE at it. Especially the bluffing!
