Got rid of bottles milk intake drastically down

We are on day 3 with no bottles. The first day he didnt drink much maybe a few ounces. The second day was better however today so far has been worse. I even put some hershey syrup in this morning and he didnt like it. I gave him a new cup and he drank some. At what point do I need to worry?

He has yogurt everyday for breakfast and he loves cheese.

Does he take milk from any sippy cups at all? I weaned DS one bottle at a time. Started with the afternoon bottle -- put that milk in a sippy (straw) cup.

Once he mastered that I took away the nighttime bottle.

Once that was done I took away the morning bottle.

I didn't want to have to worry about him not getting enough nutrients.

I've tried taking the afternoon bottle away first and he would just go w/o it. At night he drinks at the most 4ozs so I figured it would be best to take them all away at once. My son is so stubborn I know he would not drink milk from the sippy all day and hold out for the night one.

Yesterday mornign he finished a sippy of milk but it did take him 1 hr Chat Icon
