I got a quote from HD for entry level Kraftmaid cabinets for $8000 (about 35 feet). The door started at $190 linear foot. The price of $8000 was after discounts taken. So I went to consumers and looked at same cabinet there and it was $140 linear foot. So I assume that the prices are the same at HD and Consumers because after the discount at HD it would most likely equal the same as Consumers?

Also, does anyone have any experience with the other cabinets sold at Consumers (ultracraft, timberlake, apple valley, etc)? I want to spend a little less on cabinets because I would like to put the money into toe kick heater (?) and moving pipe in soffit and also more demo.
