Got over stomach bug (BFing question)

So I caught a stomach bug this past weekend from my DH and when i tried to nurse DS he got fussy so i pumped and realized iw asnt making much milk, I wasnt able to keep food down and was dehydrated with fever, by tuesday night it was ending and last night I was finally able to eat and drink but still very little milk came out and DS wasnt satisified until I gave him a bottle.

Did i loose my supply bc the dehydration and empty stomach? will it come back? I was planning on stopping BFing at the end of the month when DS was 6 months anyway and I have at least 2 weeks frozen incase i dont pump enough at work, but should i just assume this is the end and give him whats left of the frozen and be done? Should si till try to pump? It really hurts more then ever bc I have so little coming out.

Was this g-d's way of saying your done bc I kept extending the length i was planning on doing it?
