Got my results but of course they are not straightforward???

I failed my 1 hour glucose test and took the 3 hour glucose yesterday.

I didn't fail and I don't have GD but I didn't pass completely either.

During the 3 hour - I failed the first hour of blood that they drew but passed the last 2.

I am still meeting with a Nutrionist to discuss my diet. I don't have to do glucose monitoring but have to be careful so it doesn't turn in GD.

I don't have an appointment until next Wednesday - any suggestions on how I can change my diet immediately? Thanks!

Same thing happened to me, but I failed by a minimal amount and my OB wasnt worried so I didnt have to do anything to my diet.

I thought to pass the 3 hour glucose test you only needed to pass 2 out of the 3 blood draws? I had similar results as you when pregnant with DS, and I never had GD.

What was your overall #? Did you pass by that? By how much?

I did pass 2 out of 3 but as a precaution my doctor's office wants me to meet with a nutritionist. My number was 161 for the first one & the other 2 were normal
