got my results back. Is this a good beta number for my DPO?
I am very happy. I have my first ultrasound scheduled for this monday!! How exciting..
So my beta number at 25DPO is 30,880
I know everyones numbers are different but this is really good right?
ETA: I'll be 6wk 1 day the day of my ultrasound.

Well it's just an average - if you ovulated earlier than most women, you may have implanted earlier and your numbers would be higher.

Well it's just an average - if you ovulated earlier than most women, you may have implanted earlier and your numbers would be higher.
Oh ok, I didnt know that. I did ovulate on CD11 so that could be why I guess

If you are 25 dpo then you can;t only be 3 weeks past you LMP.....

Sounds like you should be in the 5 week range so you're still looking at a great level.

If you are 25 dpo then you can;t only be 3 weeks past you LMP.....
You're absolutly right. I calculated wrong. I calculated from my O day not my day of AF. So yes, its about 5 weeks since AF so I would fall in the next range. thanks

Sounds like you should be in the 5 week range so you're still looking at a great level.
Yea, you're right. I calculated wrong but yay for good levels!

You really need to see if they are doubling and going up. Did you get a second beta? Good luck!!! and yaaaay for your u/s Monday. It's still early so you might not see much yet. I'd have them take another blood test to check on your numbers!!

No this is my first one. She actually didnt mention when and if I needed to go back to see if they doubled. She just said (at my appt) that depending on what the numbers are will determine if I need to go back in a couple of days to retest. I guess since the numbers were good I dont need too  She did tell me that depending on my numbers will determine when I have my ultrasound and because of the number they scheduled for this mon. I will be 6 wk 1 day on Monday I know I wont see much but I'll be able to see something right? and hear a heartbeat?

Looks like good numbers to me! 
I don't think you can hear a heart beat yet.. I am going to hear mine on Monday for the first time (assuming Irene isn't a total jerk) and I am 11 weeks. You might be able to see the heartbeat though. I had an ultrasuond at 5 weeks because of bleeding and all I saw was the sac and then another at 7 weeks and I saw the heartbeat then. Hope it all goes well!!

Hopefully you'll see a heartbeat, but if not they say it's not a big deal. It could just be that early. At 5 weeks 3 days I saw a yolk sac and then at 6 weeks 2 days wee saw a tiny heartbeat.

Form what I understand sometimes they will play a simulation of the heartbeat based on the beating you see but I don't think u can actually hear the heartbeat through a Doppler until 9-11 weeks or so. Then again this is my first so what do i know?!

Might not see a heartbeat...but you could. At that point you should see the sac...I saw the hb 6 weeks and some days..forget exactly, so you definitely might, but dont freak out if you dont! Good luck!!!!

the beta numbers according to my doctor didn't mean much to them. what they wanted to see to start off was a yolk sac had formed. I was still to early to show a fetal pole at 4 wks 8days at my sono.
when I came back in a week later at 6wks we saw a fetal pole developed and the baby had a heartbeat, which i wasn't expecting to see just yet.
with DD I didn't see one until 7 1/2 wks with her.
