I would pay for everything if you are there too, unless this person is family, like a grandparent or something.

I agree.

I would pay for:
all transportation
all meals/snacks the person is eating with you or when she is caring for your DC. If you give her time alone, I would expect only that time for her to pay for her meals or snacks.
all hotel room costs (room/taxes)
all tickets
I would also expect you to pay her for her time even if it is a minimal amount on top of the above.

I would not expect to pay for her internet, phone calls, extra tv or mini bar use but I would make that known upfront. I would not expect to pay for her souvenirs.

If this was a relative, then I would do the same, but not expect to have to pay them.
If it was a grandparent, I would discuss it with them.

Re: Bringing a "Nanny" to Disney

I forgot to mention that she is my son's "other" Grandmother.. I have known this woman all of my life!!! She isn't getting paid to come and watch my son. She offered to come to help me out because it is needed...She is driving down with me and then helping out on park days... It is a vacation for her too.... I have discussed a lot with her daughter and she said her Mom isn't looking for me to buy her food and stuff like that...

I think I would still pay for everything. It's just the right thing to do. If my sister comes and watches my son for a night, I buy her dinner etc.

I agree. She is watching your child for free, so you need to pay all expenses associated with it.

I agree too...unless you don't have the means to do it, and she is aware that she is paying for her meals and such. I know as a "grandparent", my parents would be the ones trying to pay for all meals and such (something we always fight over Chat Icon haha, its literally who gets to the bill first!)

Re: Bringing a "Nanny" to Disney

She called me this morning and said since she offered to come with us, she will pay for her own meals and whatnot.. The big ticket items are already paid for already... She is just so happy that she gets to come and be with my son, her "grandson"

This is a little different. This is 2 weeks of being with us, but she won't be solely watching my son.. It is a vacation for her too as she told me this morning... She doesn't have to come with us to every park. She is there to help me with my son, not watch him while I am off on my own... We made an agreement this morning...
