Gosh this is dangerous!
I just sat down with an apple, a jar of peanut butter and a knife. Well, the apple was gone within about 3 minutes but I am now eating the peanut butter out of the jar with the knife. So dangerous.......

 I've done that. Then I look at the fat and calories and it usually gets me to put it down
