We're putting in an offer on a house tomorrow morning - we should know by tomorrow afternoon if it will be accepted. We really don't have play around room because they've already rejected 5 offers on the house - according to seller's agent - they are only willing to accept 5k below asking (still a great deal) - they rejected an offer 9k below selling - so we're - gulp - putting in an offer 5k below - Please wish us luck!!!!!
