I was just watching the directions on the computer that it came with and it says to prime the needle for the first time you use it. I don't remember this from the injection class, does that sound right to you? I'm doing the first one tonight.

I used Follistim but its essentially the same
What do you mean by "prime"?

yup, I was instructed to prime the needle by dialing to 37.5, pulling out, and injecting into the sink.
