Gold flats
I have a great pair of gold flats but they have this hideous gold sequined bow on them. I want to take the bow off but since it's got a keyhole toe, it will look obvious that something is missing. What would you replace it with?

I used to add and change decorations on my shoes in the late 80s/early 90s  Whenever there was a hole left I often used buttons. How about something like these? They are from this website Cute as a Button Image Attachment(s):

Thanks, I will check out this site - I want something small and no gaudy, the flats are sooo cute but the bow on them is
