Going to look at homes
Clearly we are just starting out.
Has anyone looked at homes online and then called for a showing without using a personal agent? I don't know if that is a good thing to do or not?
If u go see a house and you like it, can you then decide to get a buyers agent to see if they can get you a better deal or is that kind of a pointless thing to do?

no you can't do that- who ever showned you the house first is in entitled to the comission
even if you go to an open house you are suppose to tell the listing agent you have an agent
