going to contract
Is it common for home sales to fall through once you've gone to contract?
ETA: I have an all cash buyer and we have proof of funds already. She has nothing to sell.

It is not common especially with an all cash buyer. A contract usually doesn't go through because a purchaser cannot obtain a mortgage.
Things do happen of course but I would say it is not as likely. Good luck

I believe the percentage of homes that go in to contract and close in in the 90% range
cash sales rarely don't close
