Depending on your doc but I didnt get an internal or sono at 24wks.

It should be an external exam I don't think you get an internal again until 34 or 35 weeks unless you have any form of complications

You might get an external sono, definitely hear the heartbeat on the doppler. If your doctor does the 1hr glucose at his office, you might be sent home with that lovely, lovely drink to drink before your next appointment, otherwise you will most likely be told what you need to do to arrange the 1hr glucose, and if you're blood-type is Rh negative, you'll get the rhogam presecription, because you get that at 28 weeks. Internal exams don't start until 36 weeks, usually.

no, Dr. will most likely just use the dopler to listen to the babies HB.

Im 27 weeks today, at my 24 week that is all he did, no sono and def not an internal at that point. At that appt he gave me my prescription for RH shot and gave me the drink for the glucose test I will be getting that test and the shot next week.

They measure your belly and take you weight. Heartbeat too.
