Has anyone used this? My adorable niece asked me why my teeth are so yellow
crest white strips hurt my teeth too much and I dont see a difference with the new crest hd...I know a dentist can whiten but I would rather try something else first...

I use charcoal whitening and it definitely helps. I have also heard that lemon juice and baking soda is a really good natural whitener too.

With charcoal, you buy activated charcoal capsules and open them up and mix with a drop of water. Brush your teeth with the charcoal mixture (yes, your entire mouth will be pitch black) then let it sit on the teeth for about 3-5 minutes. Brush with regular toothpaste after and the difference is very noticeable
