Its fine. Most women who develop gd do so in their third tri so ur right on track for testing.

Yes, I believe it's usually done between 27 and 30 weeks.

If they are concerned- they'll send you earlier.
I did it at 25 wks with DD1 and 29wks this time.

This is right on time. I'm already having issues with my glucose level and the OB still wants me to wait till 28 weeks to get tested. They said it's not good to test any earlier. Unless you had GD before.

Anywhere from 24-28 weeks is normal. I think with my first two babies, I had it at 28 weeks. This time around I will be doing it at 24 weeks.

thanks ladies. It sounded late to me. But i think thats cause with my first i was tested at 25 weeks. I didnt have gd with my first.

My OB is sending me for one tomorrow since both my parents and DH's parents have diabetes. I will be 16 weeks tomorrow.

My OB does it at 28 weeks. I am going next week. I think I did it at 27 weeks last time, but not sure.

I had mine at 28 weeks, the normal range for it is between 24-28 weeks I believe.
