Glucose test tomorrow
Should I like not eat all day so I pass this test? Or just do it and it is what it is, the doctor will let me know what's next.

My doctor told me to fast but said it's not necessary. I'm pretty sure he is convinced I have GD and was trying to give me the best shot at passing this lol

Glucose test tomorrow
I was only told not to eat a few hours (like 2) before the test. From other times I have seen this asked it seems that most people are told not to fast.

Yeah I'm thinking I will have a good breakfast and a snack and then go for it.

When I did it in my first pregnancy I ate normal the day before but tried to avoid sweets. I did the test at like 10am and passed. I think fasting for any length of time is bad for you and the baby, just my opinion.

Glucose test tomorrow
i did mine on friday. the doctor's office told me to eat normally and not fast so that's what i did. when i got there the tech at quest said the results are more reliable when fasting. honestly though, that drink made me feel shaky by the end of the hour so i'm glad i had a good breakfast. good luck!

I had mine at 10am and had a bowl of cereal at 8am
I was never told to fast
With ds my appt was in evening and i ate regular all day
