glucose test today
I have my one hour today at 5:30. I am nervous about eating today. I just had eggs for breakfast. What should I eat today for lunch? Fasting is not an option for me!

I'd just avoid pasta, excess bread...in general carbs...(they turn to sugar)...& juices

Well the doctor told me it doesnt really matter too much... if your body can regulate its sugars, it wont matter what you eat.

Ditto...just eat a nice healthy late lunch so that you're not hungry when you get there. Good luck!

I got the instructions from my doctor today that say if you are not having the test in the morning to have a salad for lunch. Good Luck!
