Glucose Test question
I go for my 1 hour test this friday. I can eat before 7:30 am - what is something good to eat that will not mess w/ my results?

I was told that I can eat toast, bacon, eggs, etc. I wasn't told that carbs was bad at all? 
I have mine tomorrow.

I didn't eat anything special - just stayed away from anything too surgary.
Mine was in the afternoon though, and I ate normally until an hour before.

I took mine 1st thing in the AM and ate nothing prior to test. They say not to eat carbs because they turn right into sugar.
