Gliders?
Which one did you register for? I need two, one foe the nursery which is upstairs and one for the den which is where I think the baby and I will spend a lot of our time. I'm hoping to get one as a gift and one DH and I will buy. Any suggestions would be great!

Gliders?
i got mine from BBB - it was $399 for glider and ottoman set (we used the 20% coupon so we got it for less) DH and i both thought this one was the most comfortable (it seemed to be the widest one) - dd is 6 months old and we still love it. they dont have it online and not all stores carry it - but westbury did BEST CHAIRS, INC. - model number GLID/OT C8107/C0090E
it has a matching ottoman even though its not photographed' Image Attachment(s):

Re: Gliders?
we registered for one at BRU that was so ridiculously comfy we did not want to get out of it. Looks like a piece of regular furniture too which i loved
Newco Premium Rosie glider and ottoman.

Re: Gliders?
I actually bought mine from Once Upon A Child in Sayville. They had used ones for less than 1/2 the price. Also check out the buy and sell groups on Facebook and Craig's list under "baby/kids."

Gliders?
We got one from Target. It was cheap and it really comfortable. I didn't want to ask people to spend $300 so we found one at Target and my SIL and BIL bought it.

Have one just like this. Same brand. DS is almost 4 and we only stopped using it last week. It's in perfect condition and was always very comfortable. I remember when I bought it in 2009 that it got a great rating in the baby bargains book. I personally did not want to spend $700 on a glider.

I think this is the Dutailier Ultramotion glider. DH and I were looking at this.
Chances are, we're probably getting the Shermag glider for $299 @BRU. It's not rated well at all in the baby bargains book but I'm ok with that. We don't want to spend over 400 for a rocker. All we wanted was a comfortable rocker that locked and came with an ottoman. I'm ok getting something cheaper, possibly replacing the cushions if necessary then spending 500+ on a chair. Many people say they can use it in their family room down the road but I just don't see us doing that due to the style.Plus, we have a million gift cards and credits from BRU so we won't be paying out of pocket for it at all.
