Girls with GD?
are we supposed to keep seeing the perinatal doctor every 2 weeks for the remainder of the pregnancy??
i am seriously having a HARD time juggling this. The perinatal dr. office only sees patients on Tuesdays from 10:00-3:45. This coincides with my reg. ob/gyn biweekly check up so i'm basically going to need to take a 1/2 day every 2 weeks for the rest of my pregnancy????

I see the GD doctor every other week and my doctor every other week so I see at least one doctor every week.

Re: Girls with GD?
I have to see my regular ob for the NST's and then the high risk dr only wants me to come back in 4 weeks.

Re: Girls with GD?
I didn't have to see a special GD Dr. My OB sent me to a nutritionist for the diet and then he monitored my GD.

Speak to your regular OB. He might not need you to see both.

Thanks i saw the nurse for the diet and review and she is having me go back to see the perinatalist next week but there is no way i can go continue going to both docs with the office hours they keep. its just TOO much.
