Girls who ordered ELF products!!! PLEASE READ.
Please make sure you check the credit card statements of whatever card you used to order your ELF.
I used my Debit card and there is a charge TODAY for $26.40, which is the amount I charged in September for the products I bought.
My girlfriend had the same thing happen to her - the same amount she charged in September was just charged again on her credit card.
I have tried to contact ELF, but their website does not give phone numbers and only an email response form.
I'm awaiting their response, but the automated reply said it will take 3-5 business days because of high volume.
So the moral of the story is, not only does their make-up suck, they may be completely scamming people.

I'm already doing that, but I thought I would let other people know and I still have to take it up with the ELF people.

i googled their address and got this company called BMI and this is their phone #
if i were you, ask for ELF when a represntative comes online.
Its the same exact address and suite number in NYC.
Its worth a try
