girls that shave their legs???

I'm dying ....my legs are so irritated in the winter

I've tried everything...the latest was the Aveeno shave gel and I always use a new razor..ugh

my legs fill with goosebumps from the cold and i get all itchy

i wish i had the nerve to wax

are you shaving before or after you use soap or bodywash?
If youre shaving before STOP! and do it after. When you're out of the shower apply lotion (cocoa butter, aveeno for dry skin or eucerin)

I wouldn't dream of shaving my legs and not use a moisturizer as soon as I got out of the shower. I absolutely hate the feeling of shaved legs w/o lotion

I like using the Schick Intuition razor (has shaving bar built into the blade). It worked better for me than a blade and shaving cream. Also, definitely moisturize as soon as you're done! I hear baby oil or baby lotion works well after shaving to keep your legs smooth, but the oil can be a little greasy.

Honestly, my legs feel better when I shavein the winter. I use a body wash b/c shave cream like skintimates made my legs WORSE!!! And I moisturize right away and sometimes two times a day.

Thats why I only shave like twice a week, my legs use to get soo itchy and dry till I stopped shaving everyday. I also put cream on them before I get out of the shower.

I def do not shave everyday...I put it off for so long because I knew what was going to happen. You had to see the girls face when I went to go get a pedicure. I told her I was letting them grow so I could get a wax!

I am going to try some tips you all mentioned....shave first and then mosturize right away...I never did that

I shave everyday (Italian girl here) I shave in the shower after I do my hair. BUT I always use a moisturizer on my body after my shower. I never have a problem. My skin never dries out. I just use regular cream.

I actually use Gilette Shave. It's for men and my DH uses it. It is a gel (doens't lather up) and it is the only product that doesn't irritate my legs. My legs would almost burn if I used anything else after wards. It is hard to find, I usualy have luck at Walgreen's. This is what it looks like but instead of where it says wash it says shave.

pricey i know but shaving cream from the art of shaving makes my legs the softest ever. and it smells SO good!!!!!!!!!

i use gillette fusion razors and tom's natural deodorant instead of shaving cream.

I shave with hair conditioner. I used to use shaving cream but one day I ran out so I used the conditioner. I find my legs are a lot softer and mousturized. I just use the cheap stuff and it works so well.

Are you using those cheapo disposable razors that have like the tiniest moisturizing strip? You need to use one with a THICK prominent moisture stick. My latest fav is the Gillette Venus Breeze. It's kinda gooey, but it's sooo moisturizing!! I don't even need to put anything on before I shave.. although I always use soap anyway.

I also use baby oil sometimes before I get out of the shower. I'll shut off the water, and before drying off, I put baby oil everywhere I shaved. I then towel off and apply lotion.

I put lotion all over my entire body when I get out of the shower.. I can't imagine how dry my skin would feel if I didn't.
