Girls in 3rd Trimester
For the last week or so, I've been getting these pains in my lower abdomen that are so severe sometimes I can't stand up straight. Do you experience these? I am going to the OB tomorrow, so I will definately mention it to him, but just wanted to check in to make sure I'm normal.

Yep it is most likely that little head getting into position. I have the same thing and it is worse when you first stand up after sitting.

OH YES! Sometimes when I get up from sitting I see stars and the pain takes a few minutes to go away. It's only happened a couple of times so far.
I don't know if it's normal - I forgot to mention it to my doctor so let me know. I have a feeling it is! It seems every ache and pain goes with being in your 3rd tri!!

Unfortunately it is normal I was just at the doctor yesterday.....I try not to sit too long and get up once in a while - it's helped so far.

I had like a "pulling" pain this morning when I got out of bed. I just laid back down and got up in a different direction. It didn't hurt after that, but I will have to avoid getting up that way.
