Girls clothes? shirt or dress???

I was given tons of hand-me-downs for my DD - which I love!!!

I was looking at the clothes and trying to figure somethings out... was i looking at a shirt or a dress?? (the sizes in question are from 9 months to 12-18 months.)

Will I just know when I put it on her??

I would think most dresses that size come with diaper covers unless they got lost.

There are some style of tops that are long and A-line but I don't recall getting them for DD until she was in 2T

You'll be able to tell by putting them on her I'd say. Up until like 24 months sizing they do usually include the diaper cover with dresses, but not always.

you will probably know but the good thing with girls is...both shirts and dresses can be worn with leggings!

I think you'll know when you put it on. But like the previous poster said, just put them on with leggings either way!

My DD is in a sweatshirt/dress thing today. I think its a dress b/c it came with a diaper cover, however it looks like a long sweatshirt. She is wearing it with leggings and socks. When I dropped her at daycare all of the teachers commented on how cute she looks! She is 11 months and the outfit is 6-12 months from Old Navy.

I did get a bunch of diaper covers - just not sure what goes with what.... Can't wait to get her in some of the stuff
