Girls around 23 weeks
Do you feel a lot of kicks and movement?
I barely feel anything. :(
Every once in awhile I'll feel a light flutter, but no definite kicks that most people seem to describe at this point.
Im going to ask my on Monday when I go, if I have an anterior placenta and that is why.
I just see so many people who are less weeks then me talking about all these movements, and flutters, kicks, and turns and I dont feel all of that.
Maybe I just have a super lazy baby! It makes me so nervous though.

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
If you have an anterior placenta you will feel the baby alot later than most. If you are really concerned call your doctor..you should feel some movements (not necessarily kicks) at 23 weeks if you do not have the anterior placenta.

I have an anterior placenta and I feel her very infrequently...if I lay flat or lean over, I feel a kick.

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
I have an anterior placenta and I didnt start getting flutters until about 21 weeks and kicks (infrequently) until about 23 weeks. At almost 25 weeks, hes still not super active (or Im not feeling it).

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
I'm 24 weeks and have been feeling her a lot since about 20 weeks, she is SUPER active compared to DS. I was told I have an anterior placenta and that I might not feel her for awhile so I was actually surprised to be feeling her so much so early. I can feel her the most after I eat something sugary and always when I lay down at night for bed. Otherwise I really don't notice too much.

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
This week...23 weeks....I have been feeling him a lot more than usual. At first it was just little flutters...but now at certain times of the day(mostly at night) i feel him kick up by my belly button and flip around!
I asked my dr about this last week and she said I shouldnt worry about anything bc everyone is different.

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
With DS I had just started to feel him around 23 weeks, and it got progressively more frequent and harder. Totally normal and nothing wrong, just the way it was.

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
Thanks. I just worry too much. My husband keeps telling me to stop. I definitely just felt her move a few times today...I just wish I could feel it more and stronger kicks...Soon enough I guess! :)

Re: Girls around 23 weeks
is this your first pregnancy? Im almost 22 weeks and I dont feel so much and if I do think I feel something Im not even sure its the baby. My Dr said for on average for feeling movement during a first pregnancy is 18-22 weeks but that it can be after that as well.
