Girl name help
I am team green and this baby is going to remain nameless because DH and I can't decide on a name.
Our boy choices are Aiden, Cuinn or Liam.

I do to, but Dh will not go for it. The only way I can get Nora is with Eleanor.

Crashing to vote for Eleanor (but I don't prefer the nicknames) or Isabel.
Eleanor was our girl's name choice for #3, then at the last minute we changed it to Margaret, then at the really last minute...we had a boy!

Were you going to call her the full name Eleanor? Or a different nickname?

It was my DH's choice...umm...after Eleanor Roosevelt  I think it was the lack of nicknames that I liked that made me switch to Margaret/Maggie. 2.5 years later, I actually love the full name Eleanor (and the alternate spelling, Elinor).

I feel like Eleanor is either a name you love or hate. I love it, but it is 50/50 when I mention it to people. I either get "i love that name" or a nose scrunching

me too! Love it spelled as Elinor (my great grandmother's name was Elin, so that would make my mom happy). I don't like Nora as a nickname but love Elle as a nickname

Yes...absolutely! Imagine in 2007 and then 2010 when we considered it... I think now it's experiencing a renaissance. I even saw a mild change in attitude between those three years.

If your husband won't go for Nora on its own.... I vote Eleanor and just stick to calling her Nora until that's her name
It's one of my favorite girl names.
