Gift giving ??
DD has been invited to a bday party for one of her classmates and his brother. There is no indication of how old the brother is so I don't know what would be an age appropriate gift. Do I still need to give a gift to the brother or just her classmate??

IMO, you only need to bring a gift for the child who your daughter is friends with.

I wouldn't buy a gift for the brother, just your DD's classmate.
I'm guessing since it's a combined party he will have his own guests/friends there that are buying gifts for him.
