Gift giving - timing question
One woman I work with just became a grandmother last week. Another woman at work is becoming a grandmother in 10 days. I got them both the same gift - something I ordered and just received today. Would you give the gift to the one who already became a grandmother and wait to give it to the other one, or give the gift to both of them at the same time - before the other one officially becomes a grandmother?

I would give to one now and wait until the baby is born for the other.
