Gift for ex-MIL on Mother's Day....
Got divorced this past Feb....My ex MIL does send gift for my DS (we live in NC) for X-mas & his B-Day (they may be weird gifts like 10 pairs of PJs but she sends em).
For Mothers Day, I framed one of Frankie's finger paintings and shipped that to NY. Do you think thats good enough? DO I even have to continue buying/making her gifts in the future or would that be my ex's job from now on?

I think its nice of you to send her gifts from the kids but I think its the ex's responsiblity since its his mom!

I think that's good enough.
It's ex-DH's job to get a gift but really it's about fostering a relationship with the grandparents so if it was a matter of mailling something they made, I'd do it.

I try to maintain a relationship- I send her pictures on a reg basis and I call after doctor's appts ect to keep her up to date.
Just not sure if I have to keep up with presents.
