Gift for DS
Any ideas? My son will be 2 years 3 months old.... I want to get him something special for when the baby comes.

What is your DS into? I would just get him something small - does he have a favorite character? Maybe something that will keep him busy by himself for a while for when you are focusing on the baby.
I am no help - I am taking DD to the American Girl store to buy a baby doll and will pick up an extra outfit for the doll for the baby to give her. I am hoping that having her own baby to take care of might help with the jealousy.

That's a great idea for a girl! I was thinking of getting him a leap frog anyway. Maybe I will do the same and then get a game from his sister...

JMO, but I think a baby doll is a great idea for a boy too. It'd be great for him to practice nurturing and caring for his new sibling.

We got DS a kids digital camera, he loved it and was so excited to snap pics of his new baby sis!!

I would get him something related to a character he really likes... maybe something like a figurine from Toy Story or Cars? (if he is into that)

I actually agree... I don't think I would get an expensive one though.
