gggrrr....I hate waiting for service calls!

I am so mad right now.
Our 16 month old washing machine broke last week. Of course we didn't buy the extended warranty because one would think a $600 machine would last longer than 16 months.
Called Sears for a service call...they couldn't come till today between 8-12. And well notice the time....they still are not here. I received a call at 11:58 to tell me he is running late and will be here by 1. Yeah...no sh!t!

I called the customer service department and have been disconneted 2x already.

I am so pizzzzzed!

ETS: And I KNOW they won't be able to fix it today...so I will have to wait again.

SO does anyone know a good honest repair man.
