Is Savers a thrift store? Does anyone know if the new Goodwill store in Seaford accepts toys?

Is there anyone I could call so that they could come and pick them up? There is so many!!

Once upon a child on hicksville rd by Island recreational will pay you a few $$ for the m.

You can even donate to Try county flea market. They have a 2nd hand store inside. They take donations & then resell

If you attend a house of worship, you could ask there. You might also want to contact orphanages in the area.

Try calling Safe Horizons (previously known as Victims Services). They'll likely take them and might do a pick up if it's a lot.

Personally, I like the idea of the toys going to people as donations, not to be resold.

I have given mine to several day care centers and to a local safe house for abused women as they bring their children with them. I had to deliver them myself and some would only take certain items.

You might want to offer them on Craigs List for free. I am sure there must be people who would be grateful to get them. I have listed things on there for free, with pictures, and have had lovely people come get them.

Savers is great bc you just pull into the designated parking spaces and they come out to your car and unload everything. I've also had pick ups from my house, I think I did it with the National Lupus Foundation.
