Getting pre-approved
We're in the process of being pre-approved. We're trying not to even look yet because we're not sure what we will qualify for and we want to stay in our range. When we get pre-approved, sign with our buyer's agent, find a house we like and make an offer, and go into contract, do we need to go through the pre-approval process again at that point? If not, what happens after that then?

Re: Getting pre-approved
I think some banks the pre-approval expires...for example we are pre-approved with wells fargo and it expires after 60 days...so if we don't find a house in 60 days, we have to get pre-approved again, which won't be a problem because everything is already in their system.
