Getting meter box put outiside...
Right now the box to read the gas meter is inside...anyone recently change theirs to outside? How much did the gas company charge?

We thought about it, but I heard it's expensive. Natianal Grid said that eventually they will be switching all meters so that they can just drive by and pick up the reading (like the water authority does). They don't know when, but their plan is to have all customers this way in the future. We are going to stick it out for now. Good Luck

We might just wait it out too. Not something that I want to spend money on right now. Hopefully, they will switch over soon.
