Re: getting impatient

I think it took about a week or two to get them back. Our attorney made changes, and then I guess they had to review them again.

Don't go buying paint just yet!!! Just collect swatches. You want to see lighting in that room first with a swatch.

Re: getting impatient

How long has it been? If it is more than a week, I would think that your attorney could call their attorney and see if they are on their way. They just might be sitting on a desk, or waiting for a time when the sellers can go back in to review them and sign them.

oh i would definitely not buy the actual paint - i meant more like window shopping Chat Icon

i suppose technically they could entertain other offers... that would be devastating Chat Icon

They could entertain other offers, that is why I would have my attorney call them and push for the contract back asap.

Absolutely they can. How long has it been? We expected our contracts signed by the seller within days (I think it took 1-2 days). All of the negotiations were done before we signed as buyers so there's absolutely no reason to hold it up unless they're trying to hold out for something better.

Have your atty push harder!
