Getting all my nutrition
My immersion blender and smoothies have become my best friends.
When I dont get enough calcium or protein, I make a smoothie with lots of milk and a small scoop of chocolate ice cream and peanut butter. Hmmmm
Today, I had a bunch of leftover fruit salad that is getting a little mushy, so I dumped it all together with some organic yogurt, milk and a small squeeze of honey. Soooo good!
What are some tips you ladies use to get all your nutrition?
