Getting a down comforter cleaned.

How do I do this? Is is dry clean only? How much would that run me? I've *inherited* one which I'm psyched about, but I don't think I should just toss it in the wash. Anyone do this before?

throw it in the washer use half as much woolite as you would normally use and dont use bleach
put it in the dryer under air dry ( aka lowest setting you have ) and let it drum around - note it will take a full day to dry on low heat.

i have 3 down comforters and i was them, never had a problem.
