Gerber puffs
How old was your LO when you gave them the puffs? My son will be 6 months in a week and I was wondering when I could give him some.

Gerber puffs
About 6 months. I liked starting with the plum and happy baby yogurt and coconut milk melts. Those dissolved so easily.

6 mo. At first I broke them up or wet them a bit bc they gagged on them. They melted faster that way. They caught on quickly though. I also did the yogurt melts

Thanks ladies. My DS loves to eat and is trying to steal food from everyone's plates, so I think I'll try them but definitely break them up until I know he will chew them completely.
