did anyone do party? u didnt know before cutting cake? when u had sono could u tell by looking at bsby what gender it was?

We're having our party on Saturday and just had my sonogram yesterday. I told the lady what we were doing and gave her an envelope to put the gender in. She let us know when she was getting close to "the area" and we looked away. I dropped the envelope off to my friend who is making the cake that night....so hard not to look!

We didn't do a party and knew the gender before the sono but when they did the sono and went to show us honestly has she not told me what I was looking at I would have had no idea what I was looking at.

We did! We knew before and it was so much fun! We had 2 cakes since it is twins and everyone was so so sure cake 2 was a boy bc cake 1 was a boy and they were sure they were a pair....they were shocked when it was pink
So fun!
