GD Testing Results
I took the test on the 29th. I have not heard back from the doctor since. Should I assume I passed or do the results usually take this long?

I would assume you passed, but def call the doctor just to make sure. Sometimes things slip through the cracks. They should def have your results my now. Good luck!

i took my test a little less than 2 weeks before my next doctors visit.. i didn't get the results until then ( i passed )

you probably passed but i'd call to confirm anyhow.
My results took one day to come in (though i know other people waited a week or so for theirs) and my doctor specifically said that *i* should call them to find out the results.

my dr said the results would take one week and if I DIDN't hear from them I passed and they would go over my results at the next appt ( 3 weeks later).
I didn't hear from them and I passed with a 76

I did mine on a Fri and happened to have an apt on Mon and they had them in already. I think they only call when there is an issue. If you are curious, I'd just call them.

GD Testing Results
With DS I failed and i got a phone call like 48 hours after taking the test. With this pregnancy i passed and I didnt rec a phone call.
I chalked it up as no news was good news.
Hope thats the same for you :)
