GD test today
I have my GD test today. My midwife practice uses the American Diabetes Association method of testing so for lunch I am having french toast with maple syrup, scrambled eggs and juice and then 2 hours later they take my blood. No nasty drink for me!!!
Please send me good luck vibes... I've dealt with enough crap this PG that GD might throw me over the edge

So is this in essence the same as the 1hr or 3 hr test? I just had my 3 hr on Wed and am anxiously awaiting my results.

Yup, this is in place of both the 1 hour and 3 hour test. its how a doctor would check to see if you are a diabetic.... I don't know why OB's make PG women do that horrible nasty drink......
