GD question? Fast advice...rRunning to store soon (sweetner)
Want to pick upi something for my morning coffee since the nurse said until you get to the endo don't use simple sugars. Wich one do you guys rec? I can't live without coffee!!! I'm open to the coffee mates too.

I still use minimal Splenda of truvia. I don't use it alot so I don't think it's too much.....
